Suite à l’invitation de l’UNESCO, un groupe d’élèves du secondaire a participé à la Journée Internationale de l’Éducation dont le thème cette année était « Apprendre pour les gens, la planète, la prospérité et la paix ».

Pour aider nos délégués à mener à bien leur mission, le Collège a organisé à leur adresse une formation répartie sur deux jours au cours desquels ils ont assisté à 4 workshops.

Le premier, animé par Sœur Caroline Al Raie, a pivoté autour de l’importance d’avoir une bonne estime de soi pour réussir notre mission de délégué.

La seconde, donnée par M. Mazen Habib a braqué la lumière sur le rôle essentiel que joue la communication dans le quotidien des délégués.

SSCC Bauchrieh students had remarkable results in LCCI exams which will facilitate in their higher educational studies in the future. All certificates were distributed to all levels. It was a wonderful event with over 90 certificates being presented to the pupils. All participants were proud, excited and filled with enthusiasm. We wish all the best to our students and warm congratulations for their amazing achievement.

كما جرَتِ العادةُ في السّنواتِ السّابقةِ، تمَّ الاستعدادُ مُسْبَقًا لحملةِ انْتخابِ "مندوب الصّفّ" من الصّفِّ الخامسِ من مرحلةِ التّعليمِ الأساسيِّ إلى الصّفّ الثّالثِ من المرحلةِ الثّانويّةِ وذلكَ من خلالِ تحضيرِ مشروعٍ انْتخابيٍّ وشِبهِ حملةٍ انتخابيّةٍ عملَ عليها المرشَّحونَ قبلَ عرضِها يومَ الانتخابِ،حيثُ تمَّ التّصويتُ للمُرشّحينَ بكلِّ سرّيّةٍ وبناءً على قوانينِ الصَّفّ، وأُصولِ التّصويتِ أو الاقْتِراع.

USJ had organized Grand Opening Doors Day for future university students and its administrative and academic staff welcomed our secondary students to introduce about their university and raise awareness of the professional opportunities offered by them.

Après avoir remporté le prix du meilleur projet des écoles catholiques au Liban l’année dernière, notre Collège a été invité par le mouvement global Design For Change (DFC) à célébrer avec 3 autres écoles du Liban, cette victoire bien méritée au Vatican, en Italie. Les 16 participants membres du « B.Green » accompagnés de trois éducateurs se sont vus fouler les rues de Rome et présenter leur projet écologiste devant un public international.

Sudden cardiac arrest in young people is an important concern for public health in Lebanon. Our secondary classes Grade 10 and 11 had an extremely remarkable workshop with YOHAN Association (Youth Organization Heart Awareness Now) about sudden cardiac arrest which was directed by the school’s health department.

A conference was held by Dr Emile MHANNA to raise awareness about the SCA (sudden cardiac arrest). He explained its causes, symptoms, consequences and then urged them to promote their own youth cardiac health by screening through ECG test.

 ‎إيمانًا منها بتجذّرِ أبنائِها في حقولِ التّربيةِ على البيئةِ وضرورةِ احترامِ الطّبيعةِ، المجالِ الحيويِّ للمخلوقاتِ والكائِناتِ إنخرطَ متعلّمو الصّفوفِ الثّانويّةِ في ثانويّةِ القلبينِ الأقدسين – البوشريّة في خدمةِ البيئةِ والمحافظةِ عليها عبرَ انتمائِهم إلى نادي “B.GREEN” حيثُ قاموا بإعادةِ استعمالِ الموادِ القديمةِ منعًا لِتكديسِها في مُحيطِهم وإيذاءِ بيئتهم.

شجرةُ الزّيتونِ رمزٌ وطنيٌّ للسّلامِ، للصّمودِ والتّمسّك بالأرضِ. لذلك قامَ متعلّمو الصّفوف الثّانويّة في نادي “BGREEN” بقطافِ شجراتِ الزّيتونِ الموجودةِ في فناء ثانويّتنا بإشرافِ السّيّدة "ريتا مهنّا" والمهندس "دومينيك بصيبص" والسّيّد "أنطوان الخويري" وذلك على يومين مُتتاليين.

فقد استطاعُوا تجميعَ ما يقارب الاثني عشرَ كيسًا من الزّيتون تمّ نقلها إلى المعصرةِ حيثُ استُخرجِ منها عشرين لترًا من الزّيت

Au même titre que la famille, l’institution scolaire est investie d’une double responsabilité : d’une part, elle doit garantir que les élèves puissent apprendre ensemble dans les meilleures conditions et d’autre part, elle doit préparer chaque élève à vivre en société dans le respect d’autrui et dans la tolérance.
